ARCH guarantees the protection of personal data by implementing appropriate procedures for different specific cases.

When using the service, the user may be asked for his email address or other personal data. This submission of personal data is optional. ARCH VALADARES maintains a database with the registration of its customers made up only of the personal data provided by the person at the time of registration, which is collected and processed automatically by ARCH VALADARES, the entity responsible for the processing of personal data.

In no case will you be asked for personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, union membership, health data, genetic data, biometrics or data relating to sexual life or sexual orientation.
